Step 1 - Contact me for an estimate

Every estate sale is different. I will work with you to figure out what services are right for your home.
I will do a walk-through of the property and go over expectations and goals for the sale.

Step 2 - Cleaning and organizing

I will get to work getting the space ready. This includes cleaning and organizing items for sale.

Step 3 - Price and stage

Staging a space for a sale is important. Items will be arranged in a pleasing and cohesive way in the space.
I will also research items to determine an appropriate price.

Step 4 - Hold the sale

All sales are different, but my goal is the get the highest value for all of your items.

Step 5 - Finishing up

We will work together to decide what is the best last step. I can arrange trash hauling, donation of unsold items, and cleaning of the space after the sale is finished.
